Hello Binu,
Happy New Year!
You are well ahead of the game by carrying those items with you or in the car, minor cuts and grazes are usually the most common injuries in outdoor activities.
My kit is a bit more comprehensive, as I have to go to locations where we are far away from medical help, such as fishing camps in the Australian outback or travelling for hours in and around remote headlands in a boat.
I have also fished in remote locations in India (Uttarkhand) for Mahseer and I was glad to have my first aid kit with me. Let me illustrate.
On the first night staying in a tent in the jungle near Pancheshwar, my wife woke up to find herself bitten all over her legs with what we determined were bed bugs.
I immediately opened up my first aid kit and applied a soothing gel on the bites and followed that up with some antihistamine tablets (Claratyne) which she took with some water.
The end result was that she was able to fish for the duration of the trip without any discomfort. I hate to think how miserable she would have been without suitable medication!
Regards, Kingfish
