Phew...finally i landed one..but i ain't that happy..there wasn't that famous mulley hit and run, no tug-of-war, no such fight that i hv been hearing of, just landed it..in a single reel in..all because the poor thing was gut hooked..but then again, i now have a mulley under my belt..

I have a load of tackle now but I remember the most exciting fishing was when I caught my first few fish (4-6 inches, species unknown) on a stick, some mono and a single hook with earthworm as bait! Till then I had caught no fish hence the feeling of achievement !

May your fish get bigger & fishing better!

Thanks, everyone..i hope for better..by the way, i am tired of using rotten minnows as baits, gets my hand all messy and stinks to high heavens. What I have learnt here is that Mulleys are suckers for home made spoons made from our very own tablespoons..so after a hell of a pandemonius quarell with my wife, i finally got a kitchen spoon from her and prepared one (picture uploaded above)..will it work? Expert comments are welcomed..and should I, or should I not keep the little attachment in the tail of the spoon? I haven't used this spoon yet..the above mulley was hooked on stinkbait. :D
