Yes, a paternoster rig, you can also connect two hooks. I stop the slider with stopper knots stopper or pearls. Or I take a crossline swivel.
Do you use this rig in india too?

Yes we do. Its a quite common rig in the whole of the world I believe. Just that some people might not know that it is called the Paternoster Rig. 1 and 2 hook rigs are quite common. Anything about that will be called a sabiki rig :)
It works for most of the bottom dwelling fishes. I use this as well as running rig for shy fishes like the breams. Both have got me some awesome fishes.

Planen Sie eine Reise nach Indien?

Hi, Although the paternoster is a good method and widely used, I would also suggest the running ledger rig. Apart from this in Europe we use a variety of course fishing techniques also used for shore fisihng.

If the shore is full of snags rocks and coral, Paternoster rig can be in effective ... then I will use a running sinker with a single hook or running leader can do great with a life or dead bait.

Some locals in malaysia and and sigapore use the running leader with sinker on the main line over a jetty (or high platform) over a deep drop off and call it a "cable car rig"

Just sharing.
