Hi Humaid,

Sorry for late reply, but I don't want to purchase bulk sinkers, I want my own aluminium dye for the bullet sinkers.

Regards,
Parag S

Making a bullet sinker should be easy. Clamp 2 wood pieces and use the required sized bit, drill a hole in the middle and pour the lead.
Wood will last for quite a few pours until it gets charred. I make the sinkers this way. If you want you can use aluminium blocks instead of wood.

Parag,

If you are making your own, make sure that there is no moisture in places where hot lead would come in contact with.

I have used POP molds for making Pyramid Sinkers. Just that they (molds) don't last long, but still easy to make.
As stated by Venky, wood also works fine but mine used to burn quite soon. may be my lead was too hot.

Humaid
