collect the following Items
for approx. 5kg of the same

1: Roots of Ekangi-500gm
2.fruits of Kakla or so called Kangla-300gm
3.Flowers of Jayatri-25 gram
4.Fruits of Aobel-200gm
5. 3 kgs of deep brown dried by-product of Ghee(easily found in any Ghee/Butter making plant).
6.pure coconut oil-500to700 ml.

All Items exc. 5 & 6 should be mildly roasted in pan separately and also grinded separately too.Be cautious at the time of roasting not to get the burnt and spoiled. Be sure that brown ghee powder is fully water free. you can dry the power in direct sunlight for 2/3 consecutive days and store them immediately in air tight container.do the same for all crushed ingredients for storing.
Now take a tough plastic or glass container with airtight lid.Any Vanaspati(Dalda) container works best.clean it with soda or bleach and rinse well with water.let it dried in sunlight.now put the brown power in the dalda bowl.add preheated coconut oil in the powder.mass it with a cleaned wood stick and make a muddy pulp.you can increase the amount of coconut oil if needed to make a muddy pulp.let the pulp cool for 24 hours.
now mix all crushed power except Jayatri in the pulp.mix it evenly to make a perfect mixture.seal the container with lid and leave it for 10/15 days.
after that mix the jaytri powder to this pulp and seal it for another 10/15 days.
after one month it will be ready.but the old the atrractant is the power of it will be higher.
don't forget to mix rotten coconut juice(Narkel-pacha) with this attractant before casting to water with soil or cooked rice

Try it and find the excellent result.

I am amazed by your proper description about the bait, I would appreciate if you would also do a proper introduction of yourself in the forum.

Very nice ones, will give it a try in future. My observation is your ground bait has no sweetener. Attractants will bring fishes to your baited area sure but to hold big fishes in your swim along with bulk food items (cooked rice), any sweetener is also essential.
