Happy day,
Its a pleasure to share with you all. I have landed the first Gt yesterday, post a year I met with an accident.where I was badly injured towards my right arm shoulder to my leg. Couldn't restrict myself going for fishing. Yesterday I reached the shore at 5:00pm where my fellow anglers were fishing with dead bites and the wind was bit high. I just remembered the advise of King fish to go with metal lures for distance casting. I rigged with a 60grms silver spoon and started with my first casting, started with medium retrieve (lady luck was with me) bang ...... got a solid strike, the reel started to play its beautiful music and the rod started to play its role by bowing wow that was a wonderful movement. Landed the fish after 10 minutes. Later I got an another strike on the same spoon but the fish ran towards my leftside and couldn't able to set the hook.

Regards,
Vijay.

Hello Vijay,

Sorry to hear about your accident ..... but, as they say, you can't keep a good (fisher)man down!
Sincerely hope you are recovered now.

I am so pleased at your success at catching the GT from shore, it is an unforgettable experience. Did you use silver Twisty 60 Gm. or some other metal?

Awaiting pictures.

Regards,
Kingfish

Hi king fish,
I'am recovering from my health issues and thank you for your concern. The spoon which is used was a kastmaster silver one 60gr. Still I have issues in uploading the pictures. Is there any issue with the site..getting error messages and warning messages too. Sometimes am unable to logging.

Kindly bare with me i'll upload the pictures as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Vijay.

Nice pictures Vijay.

Slightly confused, there seems to be a GT caught during the day, another one at night. In one picture
you can see the tail fin of another!

Still, lots of action.

Hi king fish not be confused, both the pictures are the same I have landed the fish at 17:30pm and most of my pictures are taken in the dark, so I want this picture to be taken before it gets dark. Some of the tourists who visited over there want to take a picture of me and the fellow angler tother along with the fishes. I was ready for the shoot but my friend was getting ready where you can see the fin of the fish.
