Planning for tomorrow's shore fishing.
Wanna know about treble hook and single hook,
which one is better for natural dead bait?
All suggestions are most welcome.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks lure_fisherman and ajinkya for your advice,
BUT
Upto 90% catch escaped by single hook. So wanna try treble hook this evening.
Experience will be shared.
inshaAllah(by God's will)

AbuAhmed.

What bait are you using. I have heard people use treble hooks for catfish and trout using dough baits.
But if you are using a squid strip, fish fillet, cut fish or live fish, single hook would be a good choice.
Make sure to match the size of hook to the bait and target species.
Good luck !!

@AbuAhmed

If you are using longer baits like whole mullets, then try the sliding hook rig.
Also, I wouldn't recommend treble hooks for bait fishing.

Humaid

I appreciate your concern, treble hook can't be recommended for ground bait
But I am assuming that there are more chances of catch.

Even for Catfish, a single hook is decent enough.
