 Post subject: Mahseer attacks my gopro

I was filming some baitfish underwater on the river Cauvery and this huge hump-backed mahseer hit the gopro camera three times. Should easily weigh more than 40lb. Here's the video, do hit like :-)

Really weird ... someone should create a lure that resembles a GoPro with hooks!

Great capture there! Amazing and unbelievable. So many baitfish around. Any idea what part of Kaveri river this was at? Great news for conservation no doubt!

Is that Mozambique Mouthbrooder I see in there among the baitfish? If so I such a sad thing that it has invaded the water system!

Nice to see these fishes surving against all the odds. Almsost all the times I have visited cauvery I have seen people putting dynamite.
